Iam-chong Ip was born and grew up in Macau, studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, received his PhD from the Graduate Institute of Building and Planning at the National Taiwan University and has been teaching in the Department of Cultural Studies at Lingnan University in Hong Kong during 2002-2021. Then he had been teaching at the Institute of Social Research and Cultural Studies, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University until July 2024. Now he is serving as Program and Research Co-ordinator in Culture & Media Education Foundation.

葉蔭聰在澳門出生，曾入讀香港中文大學，並在國立臺灣大學城鄉研究所獲取博士學位。2002-2021年間在嶺南大學文化研究系任教，2022-2024於國立陽明交通大學社會與文化研究所任教。現為文化及媒體教育基金教育及研究項目統籌。
